Our Shipping Promise
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – £12.95
For cyclists who want their gear fast, we offer premium courier services through DHL or FedEx. With standard shipping, your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
This service includes full tracking and is our recommended option for time-sensitive deliveries.
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
For orders over £50, we’re pleased to offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
While slightly slower than our standard option, this service still includes tracking and is perfect for riders planning ahead for their next cycling adventure.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing times. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Delivery
Based in Wolverhampton but shipping worldwide (excluding some remote areas), we’re proud to serve the global cycling community. Whether you’re a mountain biker in Canada, a road cyclist in Australia, or a commuter in Europe, we’ve got you covered.
All international shipments include the necessary customs documentation. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
